Toddler praise is a free sessionm for babies and Pre-school children and their parents, grandparents or carers. This takes place at All Saints Church on the first Wednesday of the month at 1.45pm. The session lasts approximately 1 hour. The service runs on a simple format of prayer, song, bible story and praise for under-fives and their parents, grandparents and carers. After a short service in the Lady Chapel we have lots of imaginative craft activities and share refreshments.
Is on the first Wednesday of the month in All Saints Church after school starting at 3.30pm with refreshments, we then move on to a short, fun service, art and craft and games followed by pasta tea and cake. Messy church ends at 5.00pm. Messy church is open to all children as long as they bring a responsible parent, grandparent or carer.
Takes place in church on the 1st Sunday of the month at the 9.30am all age service at All Saints Church. The children can sit with their parents or join the children’s church leaders at the front of the church during the service.
On the 2nd and 3rd Sunday of the month the children’s church meet at 9.15am in All Saints memorial Hall, Wyke Regis. The children enjoy art and craft, playing games, and a short service of story, singing and Prayer. The children enjoy snack time, especially hot chocolate and toast on winter mornings.
The Parish Youth Church (PYC)
Meets in the All Saints Memorial Hall, Wyke Regis, on the first Monday of the month unless it is a bank holiday in which case our meeting takes place on the second Monday of the month from 6.30pm – 8.30pm. The session consist of crazy team building games, craft, shared supper and a discussion about moral dilemmas or current affairs!
The children’s activities are free to everyone (children and families) and are run as a joint church venture for children who live in the parish or attend All Saints & St. Edmunds. The Children’s activities team are always open to assistance from the local community and parish. It’s rewarding and fun. Both churches have children’s areas, toilets and baby changing facilities.
